FAMILY AND EDUCATION
Alexander Swarovski was born in Innsbruck, Austria, on May 26, 1969. He is an Austrian citizen. He was educated in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Untied States. He graduated from IMADEC University in Vienna with a master degree in business administration (MBA). Alexander is married and father of three children.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alexander Swarovski is an entrepreneur and started his carrier in the family business in Austria, where he held numerus positions, including member of the management board and supervisory board positions. Today, Alexander continues to follow the entrepreneurial family traditions and owns and operates several businesses in Europe, including in the Baltic countries.

CONNECTION TO THE ORDER OF MALTA
On March 30th, 2026, he was accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Latvia. His first task after taking office, was the organization of the official State Visit to Latvia of H.M.E.H. the Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Fra’ John T. Dunlap, marking the 30 years of Diplomatic relations between the Order of Malta and the Republic of Latvia. He maintains regular contacts with Latvian Authorities and local entities carrying out humanitarian activities to strengthen the presence of the Order in Latvia and aiming to bring further assistance and care in Latvia.
